remarkable projects, including the engineering
and construction of the FUXING Gas Field with
an impressive production capacity of 10 billion

The overseas drilling & completion fluid technical service of
CCDC is primarily undertaken by the Drilling and Production
Engineering Technology Research Institute (DPRI), organized

CCDCDF®, affiliated CCDC, is a comprehensive drilling & completion fluid service
company that integrates R&D, manufacturing, testing, application, and service across
the entire chain. Since its inception in 1995 for overseas mud services specifically
tailored to geological characteristics and engineering requirements of different
structures in various regions worldwide; it has developed 16 categories comprising
120 types of chemical products. Additionally establishing two modern chemicals
manufacturing bases with eight production lines capable of producing up to 60k
MTs annually; all certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Furthermore developing 18 sets of proprietary drilling fluid systems such as
AMPOLDRIL®,
INHIBDRIL®, OBMDRIL®, AKUADRIL® along with other advanced drilling fluid systems.
The company prides itself on possessing a comprehensive array of 20 cutting-edge
drilling fluid technologies, including UlTRADEDRIL® for ultra-deep drilling fluid,
BORENHANTEC® for borehole strengthening, HIPRESATEC® for high-pressure brine
treatment,
and LCMENHANTEC® and HIFL-PLUGTEC® for complex loss treatment, etc. Furthermore,
it has developed 2 sets of advanced drilling fluid and hydraulics calculation
software,
established two state-of-the-art R&D centers, three highly skilled technical support
teams,
and six regional laboratories, among those, the DPRI mud lab is CNAS certificated,
which
was accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 general requirements for the
competence
of testing and calibration, and multiple well-equipped Liquid & Mud Plants (LMP),

With a team comprising 1,383 Chinese drilling fluid professionals and 210 foreign
mud engineers,
CCDCDF® is fully capable of providing unparalleled drilling & completion fluid
services
to over 280 domestic and international drilling rigs. <br>
Over the past 60 years, CCDCDF® has provided more than 12,000 wells of
drilling & completion fluid services in Sichuan, Chongqing, Xinjiang,
Changqing, Qinghai, Central Asia, South Asia, South America, the Middle
East, Africa and other regions in China, with an annual average footage
of more than 2 million meters. In recent years, CCDCDF® has achieved
remarkable progresses, including attaining a minimum drilling fluid
density of 0.75g/cm<sup>3</sup> , the highest recorded density of 2.85g/cm<sup>3</sup>, an
impressive well with TD drilled to 9026m, and another well with horizontal
section extended to 5256m. Additionally, they have encountered the highest
bottom hole temperature measured at 240℃ and successfully penetrated through
a salt-gypsum bed measuring 1444m in thickness. Furthermore, they have effectively
tackled over 60 high-pressure saltwater wells with the highest pressure coefficient
up to 2.40. The company boasts an impeccable track record in effectively addressing
severe lost circulation issues in 120 wells, showcasing a mountain of experiences in
drilling operations and mud services for oil and gas reservoirs characterized by the
trifecta of high pressure, high productivity, and high H<sub>2</sub> (3H), as well

<p class="top">SHELL SICHUAN SHALE GAS PROJECT</p>
<p class="center">
From 2011 to 2014, we provided on-site technical services for
polymer water-based drilling fluids and synthetic drilling
fluids for over 30 wells. The upper well section adopts water-based
drilling fluid technology with high environmental acceptance and
biodegradability, combined with the use of barite recovery system
to remove medium and low density solids, achieving efficient utilization
of drilling fluid. The lower section adopts synthetic drilling fluid
technology to under balance or balance drilling with lower drilling
fluid density, which is conducive to timely discovery of reservoirs
and protection of oil and gas reservoirs. The first batch of onshore
oil based drilling fluid recovery and treatment plants (Shehong Mud
Station) of PetroChina have been built, achieving full reuse of oil
based drilling fluids and achieving the HSE goal of "non-emissions
and non-pollution".

<p class="center">
Using KCL polymer system and CQ-NDW/NWP soil free low damage drilling
fluid technology, 59 dual branch horizontal well drilling fluid
technologies were successfully completed from 2005 to 2023. Among
them, CQ-NWP soil free waterproof lock low damage drilling fluid
system, which suppresses collapse, lubricates, and prevents reservoir
water lock, has excellent reservoir protection performance, significant
production increase effect, and achieves the goal of efficiently
protecting
low permeability oil and gas reservoirs, Open hole completion and direct
gas lift production, with 24 wells producing over 100 per well ×
10<sup style="font-size: 12px;">4</sup>m³/d,
with significant reservoir protection effect, helping the project achieve
its production target of 3 billion cubic meters per year two years ahead
of schedule. ETI's drilling fluid services have been highly recognized
by Shell, establishing the "ETI MUD" brand and becoming Shell China's
preferred reverse contracting option in China.

Using harmless well killing fluid technology and clean salt water
and filtration technology, successfully completed 5 well workover
fluid and filtration technology services from 2012 to 2013, including
well site A of Chevron Longchuan Northeast Project. 390 cubic meters
of sodium bromide saline working fluid and 737 cubic meters of harmless
well killing fluid (NDKF) were successfully recovered, saving over 4.8
million yuan in the preparation cost of workover fluid, achieving the
goal of safe completion, and achieving significant environmental
protection
effects.

From 2007 to 2008, the YX1 and YX2 wells of Yixin 1 and
Yixin 2 in Sichuan were successfully drilled to 4045m and
4165m respectively, with the highest density of drilling
fluid used reaching 2.45g/cm³, setting a record for the
highest density of polymer drilling fluid. After completing
the drilling and cementing of YX1 well, due to measures
taken by Party A, the density of 2.20g/m³ polymer mud
remained stable at the bottom of the well for a month,
ensuring the smooth progress of Party A's next operation.

PROJECTS</p>

Including drilling fluid completion fluid services for deep wells,
ultra deep wells, and complex wells in Tarim Oilfield, Southwest
Oil and Gas Field, Changqing Oilfield, and Sichuan Chongqing area
shale gas tight gas blocks. In 1998, it completed the "Asia's First
Deep Well" (Tacan 1 Well at 7200 meters), in 2006, it was drilled
into the "Asia's First Deep Well" (Tashen 1 Well at 8408 meters),
in 2007, it was drilled into the "China Petroleum First Deep Well"
(Fenshui 1 Well at 7353.84 meters), and in 2008, it was drilled
into the "longest small hole section in China" (Jianmen 1 Well at
7009 meters, with a small hole section of 2006 meters), winning
the first prize for bureau level scientific and technological
progress, helping to push the drilling fluid technology of ultra
deep wells in China to a new level.

</p>

The first trial of domestically produced oil-based drilling fluid
(with a temperature resistance of 180℃) in Well H3-1 in
Weiyuan was successful, completely breaking the technological
monopoly of foreign companies. Build an integrated service model
that integrates "drilling fluid, drilling cuttings treatment, and
recycling", promote the application of over 100 wells in Sichuan
Chongqing shale gas, tight gas, and other regions, and help
drilling set multiple new indicators and records. High performance
