<p class="center">
The technology of long and large-sized wellbore drilling
fluid is a crucial method for addressing the issue of
safe drilling in Turkmenistan's upper and middle sections,
where section from 2200m to 3750m with diameters of 。
660.4mm and 。444.5mm. This technology primarily
encompasses high- performance water-based mud with
robust inhibition, sealing, and coating capabilities,
as well as efficient wellbore cleaning technology.
The primary solution aims to suppress the formation
of soft clay and mudstone in the upper and middle
sections by addressing issues such as water absorption,
swelling and wellbore shrinkage, clay mud-making,
bit balling, and formation collapse. Upon drilling
to the lower formation, it is essential to maintain
system inhibition and appropriate mud density to further
enhance sealing and wall-building effects while preventing
collapse and jamming. Simultaneously, efficient wellbore
cleaning technology is supplemented using Hi-vis pill or
heavy mud along with plugging or super fiber or reticular
fiber methods for thorough wellbore cleaning.
